The Wave Pot from Kalita is made from polished stainless steel with wood handle and lid accent.

Unlike some thin spouts on other pouring kettles, the Wave Pot allows you unparalleled control over your pour; even compared to other “dragon-neck” kettles, due to its sharply pinched lip. The tapered neck reduces the “siphon effect” that increases unwanted velocity of water out of the spout.

The wood handle (removable for use in a dishwasher) is comfortable to hold and is protected from the hot kettle water. The kettle’s design is intended to complement the Wave Stainless coffee dripper.
