This coffee comes to us from a family owned export company based out the Gedeb district in Ethiopia. A father and his two sons work directly with over 400 small farms to curate some of the extremely high quality coffees this area is known for. Owning both natural and washed processing stations, they can pick and choose which coffees are better suited for each method. This lot is fully washed, with many of the intrinsic qualities you expect from an Ethiopian coffee. If you’re a fan of smooth, sweet coffees with a light body and delicate fruit notes, you’re going to love this one.
